GNM Developments gained planning permission on behalf of Uncles Properties Ltd for a 336 bed student accommodation scheme in Dec 2017, negotiated the D&B build contract and subsequent sales to Investors.

New Build modular development to be managed by BCU Student Homes, to be completed for occupancy in 2021.

This 250 bed scheme is predominantly cluster ensuite beds with less than 10% studios.
